A captivating variation of caciotta cheese. The delicate flavour of cow’s milk collides and combines with the hotness of the chili pepper. It creates a cheese where the delicate and strong flavours initially clash, but result in a balanced union.  The final result is to be enjoyed… in small bites.


Semi-hard cheese with chili pepper. Cylindrical-shaped cheese with flat surfaces and slightly curved sides. Non-edible straw-yellow crust, slightly porous white cheese.
Store in a cool, dry place.


Pasteurized cow milk, chili pepper 2%, rennet, milk enzymes, salt.
