Cow caciotta cheese

Considered by many as the simplest of cheeses, the cheese one starts eating as a child. The caciotta, made with milk from cows that graze in Abruzzo’s mountains, contains in its simplicity flavours and scents of different mountain herbs that combine for a magnificent flavour.


Cow cheese. Cylindrical-shaped cheese with flat surfaces and slightly curved sides. Non-edible straw-yellow crust, slightly porous white cheese.
Store in a cool, dry place.


Pasteurized cow milk, rennet, milk enzymes, salt.
